5 years ago I embarked on my dream of both teaching Pilates and traveling. I started Life Holidays and it has gone from strength to strength over that time. The concept is simple, find the best teachers, find the best villas, find the best Italian chefs and find the perfect locations. With destinations now in North and South Sicily, Le Marche and Tuscany we have some wonderful holiday choices for our guests.

 A week of Italian sunshine, set amidst olive and lemon trees in the stunning gardens of our luxury villas, Pilates everyday improving your technique,(optional cooking lessons) great wine and wonderful food, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Time for sightseeing, wine tasting, shopping, relaxing, and sunbathing. All wrapped up in a bundle of fun and friendship!  You can do everything or you can do very little, we are very aware that this is YOUR time, so you get to choose! You may arrive knowing no one, but you will leave with a wealth of friends and lifetime memories. Our guests keep returning (we must be doing something right!) and sometimes twice a year!
